Vivitek Store Shipping Method and Carrier
Vivitek uses Fedex as our preferred carrier for items ordered online. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping (additional shipping charges apply), we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
Available Delivery Options
- Ground (Standard method, FOB Fremont, CA 94538)
- Domestic Express Saver 3 Days
- Domestic Economy 2 Days
- Domestic Standard Overnight
Signature Requirements A recipient signature upon delivery is required for shipments over $100.
Shipping Address Not the Same as Billing Address
Credit card companies are extra careful about fraud prevention and may place a hold on orders that are shipping to an address that is not on their client's account. A quick call to your credit card company can eliminate delays. Just have them add the additional shipping address to your account
Shipping Restrictions
Orders placed online can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 States.
To ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, please place your order by calling our Customer Service Center at 855.885.2378 x1 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Standard time, Monday through Friday.
Order Cancelation
Once the order is received, it will be processed within 2 business days. You may cancel your order any time before it is processed. Please log into your account to cancel your order or contact customer service.
Order Delivery
Once the order is received, it will be processed within 2 business days (may be sooner). You will receive a shipping confirmation when it is ready to ship. Please ensure when ordering that your email address is correct, you have included a telephone number and if you do not receive a confirmation, please do check your Junk folder. Then, depending on the selected shipping method, you will receive the order within that timeframe (shipping and delivery may be subject to weather, unforeseen or mechanical delays but every effort will be extended to meet customer shipping deadlines).
